# Privacy

PS5 Backport has **no telemetry, analytics, accounts or automatic uploads**.

- **Local data.** Settings, the list of applied backports and the logs stay on your PC under
  `%APPDATA%\Deckerr97BackportGuiBeta` and `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Deckerr97BackportGuiBeta`. Logs contain file paths on
  your PC (which can include your Windows user name) and game details.
- **Console Logs tab.** Connects only to the console IP you enter, on your local network, to send the bundled payloads
  and receive the klog, crash dumps and hang snapshots. Captures are saved to `Desktop\PS5 Logs`.
- **Export logs** creates a ZIP on your PC. It is never sent anywhere by the program. You decide whether to attach it to
  a GitHub issue; review it first and remove anything you don't want to share.
- **Report a problem** opens GitHub's issue page in your browser, with only the program version filled in. GitHub's own
  privacy terms apply to anything you post there.
- **Support on Ko-fi** opens Ko-fi in your browser.
